Are you a new student?

  • Try to RSVP with Risa if you can
  • Bring your own mat if you have one
  • Please let Risa know if you have a concern or condition that  might affect your participation
  • Wear comfy clothing
  • Don’t eat a big meal before yoga class

Yoga Retreats

  • You also won’t want to miss our occasional retreats—-stay-tuned for details of our next great day out!
  • Enjoy a boat ride with your yoga class and a complimentary lunch on the island—and lots of opportunity to refresh and relax.
  • The class is held under a large gazebo. Bring a mat, sunhat, sunblock, towel–and you’re also welcome to swim or go paddle boarding.
  • Space is limited so you’ll want to reserve your spot(s!) early.
