

Three Classes Per Week
Classes are normally held three times a week in Miami at different locations, and you’re also always welcome to book private classes for yourself or your group.
Classes usually last an hour and a half—starting with a short meditation and ending with relaxation.

Yoga Schedule
RSVP for the classes to make sure there’s enough space if you’re a first-timer or just starting up. If you pay the four-class rate, there’s a discount. Otherwise, pay as you go. Please call if you have questions or need more information!

Yoga Class Locations
- For a nature-rich experience outdoors, try Saturday morning classes at Pelican Harbor/North Bay Village-if it rains, we move inside to air-conditioned space. Location is Pelican Harbor Sea Bird Station, 1279 NE 79th St. Causeway. 10:30 a.m.
- Classes are also held on Monday in the gym at the Cricket Club Condominium (1800 North East 114th Street) 7:00 p.m.
- On Thursday at Mar De Plata, 6423 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach. 4:30 p.m
